Olmec grew up in rural New Zealand and has a strong passion for the environment and technology. As director of carbon.org.nz, Olmec's vision is to see more projects and greater public support.

Originally from the California, USA, Melisa immigrated to New Zealand with the intention of building a new life with her family. Having spent her childhood in the forest, Melisa feels a strong attachment to this project.

Contributing local knowledge about tree planting, land management and sustainable farming.
